Oh i have a big clue on what's going on and how the parents are the problem. Remember this past season when you precious parents got the defensive coach fired?Remember the offensive coach that got fired? Remember all the bitching and moaning and running up to the coaching staff any chance you could get to put your 2 cents in? Or running to other parents and running your mouths trying to stir up trouble? Remember all the phone calls to the AD and school board? Guess you all got what you wanted. Now we all will see if it was the coaching staff or lack of real talent. You all better hope Madison has winning season next year or within the next couple years or else we all will know the which one was the reason. I'm not stirring it up on here. Just stating facts that have been a witness to. Can't wait until next year! This is going to be interesting.

I guess its the parents fault the coach didn't renew his teaching license.

He probably didn't renew knowing he'd be free from all the drama.

Brian - haha I guess we see that it was the staff. We have plenty of talent on the team, we just needed someone out there that knew where the kids needed to be. Great job boys! Keep it up!

Thanks for the vote of confidence John! Why don't you follow another HHC team if that is how you feel. Entire staff and team are working hard, let's post positive comments!!!!

Cubs played very hard vs. FC and was in it until the end. FC scored 60 points the week before against a decent Providence team.
I wasn't expecting much prior to the season, but after seeing the team over the past weeks, I must say that the plays on the offense is exciting to watch and the defense is starting to play smash-mouth football. Go Cubs!!!

Starting to feel like last year. The coaches need to wake up and realize that stuff is not working. The defense is looking great, but we need to start playing closer up on the line when we are covering the receivers. We are playing way to far back and giving them a chance every time for a short pass. We also need to calm down on the blitz. When we get big yardage on us, it is from the pass usually. We leave our cornerbacks out in the wind. On offense we need to use all of our weapons. We have 2 great receivers on the team that are used very little. We need to mix the plays up. Itís not hard to stop one guy and one play the whole game (up the middle). We need to get everyone involved on offence. Letís look at all of our weapons from last game.

RECEIVING - Madison, Jordan Partee (6-42); Trenton Roark (1-14)

Partee - average of 7 yards per catch

Roark - average of 14 yards per catch

RUSHING - Madison, Mitchell Sandlin (30-80, TD); Kyle Tucker (6-31); Kody Boles (3-15).

Sandlin - 2.67 yards per carry

Tucker - 5.17 yards per carry

Boles - 5 yards per carry.

Here are all of the weapons we used last game. Many fans including myself do not understand how the offensive coaches canít see that Sandlin is not always the best way to go. Yes Sandlin is a great runner, but not enough to carry the team. We have two runners with more yards per carry and 2 receivers with more yards per catch. Mix up the plays and it will make everyone have more yards. Itís more confusing to read many books at a time, than it is to read one.
