I happen to know the owners of this new store very well and they are good friends of ours. I can't believe most of you! First of all this is a comment page about a candy store, I don't think making fun of their children's names is appropriate! For your information their daughter Lexington ( Lexi) is named after her great-great grandmother who was the Countess of Austria, not asphalt in NYC!!! They picked the name Madison because they loved it, again nothing to do with NYC. These are great people who have a super fun store, and so far it is going great for them. As for the comment about not being open on Sunday's I know that will change for holiday and summer hours. They have carefully chosen for now to take Sunday's off (along with most of the stores on the street) so that they can spend time with their family and visit with us, their good friends! These are honest, hardworking, cool people, give them and their store a break!

so they give their kids first names that sound like last names. to use the old george carlin line: tony and joey will ALWAYS be able to beat up conner and tyler. also "vintage" isin't that another name for used and old.

As far as being open on Sunday.
That is a problem with most of the Stores in Bethel. They are not open on Sunday.
Yes it is important to spend time with Family and Friends.
But when you are counting on the Public to support your Business.
You have to stay open for as many hours as possible in order to make enough Profit to cover all of your expenses and earn enough for your
personal needs.
If they can do this, that is great.
I wish them Luck and Hope they do well.

They need a different Store.
The last 3 Businesses that were in that spot all made it less than a year.

Remember the number one Business Rule,
"Location,Location,Locati on".
