Methadone is a cash cow for clinics.
We need to institute state-of-art treatment for all addicts. Then release the non-violent ones from prison. Have them do community service if they can't find a job.

This nation better build more prisons and not houses or apartments because with this president America will be bankuped by next year. You can't be rich in American anymore or they will tax you to death in taking care of those who can't take care of themselves. Buil more mental institutions, too. Mental hygiene doesn't exist anymore either. CT is institutionizing samesex marriages and dening these folks from their natural born endowed rights. This samesex law forces people to buy, use or create children other than by their own bodys as the vast majority of human have always been created. This is insanity at it's best in several states. Don't children or people have rights anymore?
