Rell Makes $34 Million In Cuts From State Budget

to close the budget gap, look to the budget at the university of connecticut. the combined uconn budget is nearly 2 billion dollars, yep, 2 billion. close the medical center and med/dental schools and you will save nearly 800 million dollars. what is stopping the state from doing this? give a guess.
