Are they still investigating the last robber ? The wife of the Deep River police chief? Amazing the local media hasn't reported anything about that, why could that be?

Are they looking for this man because he is Black or that he is a New York Yankees fan. Because there were no injuries or weapons involved in the incident I can only assume that this man at least had the courtesy to ask for his stimulus package. If he has wealthy family or friends to pay back his loan will he too be exonerated of his wrongdoing?

Banks need to develop more creative methods to defeat potential robbers. One way is to have a trap door in the floor at all exits which would be triggered by a teller dropping the robber into a hole with a dozen rattlesnakes.

Bank employees are trained to be TOTALLY completely passive in these cases. Notice both of his hands are above the counter. He probably doesnt even have a weapon. He may not have even threatened that he had a weapon. 2 years ago a bank in clinton was robbed via the DRIVE THROUGH. The man handed the teller a note, and she gave him all her money. Ridiculous. We really need to start arming bankers. The first time some unarmed guy with a note ends up with a hole in his head, this will stop.

It is all being covered up. I heard her parents paid them back and all is well. Guess it is OK to have a gambling problem, steal from your employer and get away with it if you have rich parents and a Frist Selectman in your bed. Some of the dumbest people in the world are bank employees. When I worked as an ATM service technician, I would occasionally find jammed cash dispensers because the straps on the currency bundles had not been removed.

It's those 3rd grades the Courant hires in the afternoon, again. They haven't been trained in Spellcheck yet. Benny wrote: "The man fled on foot, but witnesses told police saisd they also saw a small red car," Witnesses told police saisd.. huh??

Note to Badger and Scruffy -- One hopes that you never experience an addiction problem in your family. Of course you probably Rush to push failure onto others without trying to find all the facts.

Hey Ardenell and Dorth, Those two have never done a dam thing for me. I don't like thieves either. Take your pompous a$$e$ outa here if you don't like what other say. I focus on facts, not warm and fuzzy stories. The woman stole from where she works. Period! She is a thief. Bang! Next?

Since it is doubtful that you sit on the bench at Superior Court, your pronouncements have little meaning. the Badger wrote: Hey Ardenell and Dorth, Those two have never done a dam thing for me. I don’t believe that there is a family that has not been affected by addiction of some sort. I have yet to see how enabling helps. I sincerely hope that she gets the help that she needs. It is just funny that most of them don’t have a problem until it is convenient or they get caught. An addiction is not a valid excuse to avoid prosecution. My addict is not getting the same treatment. Why?
