blah blah blah blah. This sounds like the ranting of Dalyssa Lock! Everyone is talking about how bad the Boyetts are. Lets bring out all the skeletons from the closets. I am sure yours is full as well. There are 2 sides to every story. Besides my daughter cheers for Xtreme and the gym is run wonderfully. The Mulkeys are doing a great job. The Boyett's kids cheer there as well and they are awesome.

Wow, if you're going to talk about me, at least spell my name correctly! It's DeLisa Locke. That's with two caps in the first name, no Y, i, and one S and an E on the end of the last name thank you very much. It was quite a surprise to find out I was being talked about here. I guess that it's true what they say about living in a small town: If I don't know what I'm doing, someone else usually does(or thinks they do anyway)

<begin rant>First of all, now that I've had a chance to read through all these post, let me make myself clear: I don't condone trash talking ANYONE'S child on some public forum that goes out over the internet or anywhere else for that matter. That's over the line for anyone and I don't care WHAT the excuse is. Since you seem to want to hide behind your screen name and talk about ME, xtreme mom, why don't you talk to me face to face. I'm pretty sure you know where I live, and if you don't, Philip does, so just ask him. He's been to my home for a bonding event when he was a coach at BJ.

You're right, there are two sides to every story and I've heard both of them. One is correct, the other isn't. Maybe YOU need to hear the "other" side although I'm pretty sure you know the truth yourself. Regardless of what you think is correct, it doesn't change the fact that he is under a court order not to coach for two years within a 15 mile radius of Beez. Cheernatic nailed it with that one. He's doing it, and you know it and so do I.

It's no secret that I don't care for Philip OR his wife(you, possibly?). To many things over the years have been lied about that I won't go into here. Ignoring a court order not to coach is breaking the law, plain and simple. What type of example does that set for those kids that are over there and KNOW about it? What does that say about the character and integrity of both Philip OR the new owners? I'd really like you to answer those questions, honestly.

As for my closet that you think might be "full as well", indicating that his is full so mine must be too, you're sadly mistaken. I've never had any legal issues beyond one traffic ticket in 20 years, and I've certainly never defied a court order because I've never been UNDER a court order.

I am amused with your comment about how wonderfully the gym is being run. It was your own parents complaining about mismanagement. I do hope that the new owners have deep pockets because they're going to need them.

As for any other misconceptions you may have about me, just ask. I've never had a problem telling anyone what I think. <end rant> ;)

Yes it should be about the kids, but its also about doing the right thing, and not crapping on the people that did so much for you in the first place.

I am a little disturbed by this topic stream. I will tell you now, that I am a parent of a child that is a cheerleader, she loves it! She loves to compete, gets a rush from being in front of a crowd and she takes great pride in what she is doing and learning. She works very very hard. She is not lazy or afraid of hard work or a reject! I am disturbed because I am seeing the names of coaches that are affiliated with our local school system, these are the folks that I am counting on to pass unbiased judgement on my daughter when she trys out for middle and high school cheer. Will my daughters choice of gyms be held against her because said coaches have a personal disagreement with the Mulkeys and the Boyetts and whoever else might be affiliated with the gym? This feud is one that is of a personal nature, and it should be kept out of the gym. All of the girls are innocent here, whether they wear black and green or yellow and black. We are fairly new to this community and I can tell you that it is very unsettling to see and hear all of this.

What is your goal? What do you want for your children? If a good self image, respect , grace and good sportmanship are on your list stick with tumbeling!!! Whats cooler than a back flip or nailin a round off ?

Then do not send her to extreme. Philip is not legally suppose to coach so he is breaking the law and his fat wife steals

I think you all need to shut up, Phillip is a great guy and doesn't need to be bashed with this stuff. I went to Tumblebeez and Xtreme, they are both great gyms. I personally liked Xtreme better, it was a better environment. Needless to say, sports are also about having fun, and learning. Phillip makes sure that you get both, he doesn't push you too far, but he does push you. Before ANYONE talks smashed crap, try going to Xtreme before you say all of this rude stuff. They WILL take it all the way this year, good luck to both gyms, though.

You don't know the real Phillip he stabs people in the back covers for his wife who has had legal problems with the law for bad checks that daddy had to bail her out of, this gym has money missing and its her and him and if they were init for the kids they would walk away from the gym so it would not be tainted by them

i no longer cheer but have been involved with tumble bees and xtreme. i know there is a lot of hatred between the two but i dont really see what bashing each other on the internet is gonna do to help. Yes tumble bees is a great gym. I cheered and practiced there for many years. i have also cheered at xtreme and think its a great gym.. but you cant really compare the two that much. Tumble bees has been open WAY longer than xtreme, so of course it is gonna be better. Whenever a new team is built they arent gonna be winning national championships their first couple of years. thats how it is with any sport. Tumble bees does have more teachers and more equipment. Though i am not too fond of some of there coaches, i have had many good years there. I just think that poeple should give xtreme a break. they are a new gym. Give them time to built and grow and when they get to the same level as bees, then let the competition begin.

Both gyms have had teachers that were a "bad apple" in the bunch. At both gyms kids have gotten hurt. Both gyms have produced great tumbling and stunting.

The only reason im saying anything is because i have heard first hand from both sides from the very beginning of this mess and i cant believe its still going on. I am embarrasses to say that i cheered for both of yall. Even they way cheer parents and cheerleaders are acting makes me ashamed to even say i was a cheerleader for half my life. everyone, not only on this site, but all the other sites that poeple argue on, is doing a great job of living up to the cheerleader(parent) stereotype. i hope that these two gyms can just shut up bashing each other and just focus on cheerleading. it really does make me ashamed with both of yall and im sure it does with other formar cheerleaders as well.

i never cheered at either gym i just know all this crap about the boyettes because they and their kids run their mouths and its public record that philip is not suppose to be there and that lori was arrested for bad checks and other stuff look it up their son michael said money was missing from extreme and with only philip working how do you think they can afford the rent on that house
