Roofing Contractors are notorious for hiring Illegal Roofing Crews from Mexico. Oh there crew leader might be a legal immigrant or even a Mexican American Citizen, but the the rest of the crew ARE NOT ! Even if you hire a so called legitimate contractor who in return hires a illegal crew, you can still be held accountable. Americans are sick and tired of illegal workers coming into this country and taking our jobs. I would suggest all homeowners require anyone working on there home to show proof of there right to work in the USA before you allow them on your property. American citizens who are losing jobs over the illegal workers in this country will be reporting to ICE and filing lawsuit's against Contractors and Homeowners who use illegal workers

I agree that something needs to be done about illegal immigration. But if these illegal immigrants are taking your job I suggest you go to school and get educated. Then you don't have to worry about someone with a limited grasp on the English language taking your employment opportunities.

My reply
Why would I want to do that? I have a trade that pays very well I am very good at and I enjoy doing. All I need is for all these ilegal roofers to go home and stop eating up all the work.

Man let me tell you what happened down here in Louisiana. After the hurricane. Thousands of illegal workers came in here and like you said they eat up the work but they don't do Quality work. It'll take years to fix there sloppy work but the thing is we don't have the money now. They came in here did all the insurance work and sent that money home to there economie in Mexico. Had that money stayed here in this economie we would be allot better off.

With regards to the actions of the state of Arizona to determine and arrest illegal aliens. Certain facts of the Law apply here. The first fact being that, non citizens of the United States do not have Constitutionally guaranteed rights. Such rights apply to natural born and naturalized citizens of the United States. So such claims about rights here are mute under the Law.

The claim of racial profiling then becomes mute due to this fact and the following facts of the Law.

Next of all, under the Law, an illegal alien falls within the definition of being a "foreign invader", and the Law thus can handle such by military means. Since in the Law and the Law of Nations. A foreign invasion is and has always been, and will always be among the nations ~ an act of war. Like the facts or not!

In effect a large illegal alien invasion then is a gross act of war. That the states as well as the natural citizens of the states. Have a right to repel by any means that is required to repel the foreign invasion ~ which is technically an act of war.

And so, such have no Constitutional rights, but have the right to be arrested and held in a military prison or camp and or be deported.

Next of all. Anyone and this applies to the Catholic Clergy too. Who gives aid and comfort to a foreign invader, as sanctuary, assistance, food etc. And who aid their ability to travel across the United States is giving aid and comfort to the instituters of this act of war, created by the infiltration of foreign invaders. And so, under the Constitution giving such aid and comfort is an act of treason under the Law. Giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States.

Technically no one has a right to uphold and support the illegal alien foreign invaders. And anyone who does so, is involved in treason, as well as sedition. And so are involved in giving the foreign invaders both aid and comfort.

With regards to the actions as of late by the state of Arizona. The state as well as the people do have a right to repel a foreign invasion by any means they deem is required and necessary. They also under the Law have the right to repel the invasion by armed means without having to arrest anyone. In effect under the Law they do have the recourse and the right to shot the invaders and not have to explain why they resorted to such actions.

If anyone does not like these facts of the Law of the land here, then that really is too bad. And so, we will make sure that we do our part to teach the nation about it's rights under the Law, and about who does not have such rights under the Law. And so, a Constitutional Court does not apply to illegal aliens.

In effect the states have their right to enforce their Laws regarding acts of war against the state or several states.

The supreme document of the law of this land, the Constitution which is also the supreme rule and measure that defines the laws that can be legislated and stand. Defines giving aid and comfort to our enemies as being an act of treason.

In the law books of this nation and of the other nations (Laws Of Nations, and Admiralty Laws). An influx of foreigners into a land illegally is defined as a foreign invasion which is also defined as an act of war.

Illegal aliens by definition are foreign invaders engaged in the act of war known as an invasion. And can be dealt with by warfare means.

An invasion is also perceived under the law of this nation and other nations as being an act to overcome and over throw a nation. And so, over take its property, people and possessions. And thus this defines foreign invaders (illegal aliens) as our enemy. And the act of the invasion gives aid and comfort to our other enemies around the world who may want to destabilize our nation and dissolve it.

Any president, politician or clergy man who gives aid and comfort to our present foreign invaders is guilty of an act of treason. Which is a high crime that can bring with it capital punishment. Yes capital punishment is usually the sentence for treason. Hanging is the old means of remedy.

So now, who all can you think of who is involved with and engaged in this act of giving aid and comfort to our enemies (enemies foreign and domestic)?

Not enforcing the law of the land is giving aid and comfort to our enemies and is treason.

And now, only natural born citizens and naturalized ones have Constitutional rights. Illegal aliens who are foreign invaders do not have Constitutional rights. Any attorney or court who pretends that they have such rights is unconstitutional and giving aid and comfort to the enemies of We The People.

Well now, let these facts sink in.

"Alien invasion" is only an act of war if it is military aggression. Cutting a persons grass to get money so your kid can have milk is not military aggression.

If you have storm damage, talk to your insurance company about who to hire. They generally know the people who do good work for a fair price.

It is illegal for a insurance company to recommend a roofing contractor. The best thing to do is call a company out of the phone book . The bigger the add the more successful the company . Don’t use the fly by niters who come knocking at your door.

Troops to the Mexican border: Obama to send 1,200
By ERICA WERNER and JACQUES BILLEAUD Associated Press Writers The Associated Press
Tuesday, May 25, 2010 8:51 PM EDT

WASHINGTON (AP)— Under pressure to take action, President Barack Obama on Tuesday ordered 1,200 National Guard troops to boost security along the U.S.-Mexico border, pre-empting Republican efforts to force a congressional vote to send the troops.

Obama will also request $500 million for border protection and law enforcement activities, according to lawmakers and administration officials.

The president's action comes as chances for comprehensive immigration reform, Obama's long-stated goal, look increasingly dim in this election year. Obama has been all but compelled to do something since Arizona's passage of a tough illegal-immigration law thrust the border problem into the public spotlight.

Indeed, Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer credited her signing of the controversial new law for compelling Obama to act. Signing the law, Brewer said in a statement, "clearly ignited the talk of action in Washington for the people of Arizona and other border states."

The National Guard troops will work on intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support, analysis and training, and support efforts to block drug trafficking. They will temporarily supplement Border Patrol agents until Customs and Border Protection can recruit and train additional officers and agents to serve on the border, according to a letter Tuesday from top administration security officials to Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Carl Levin, D-Mich.

In 2006, President George W. Bush sent thousands of troops to the border to perform support duties that tie up immigration agents. But that program has since ended, and politicians in border states have called for troops to be sent to curb human and drug smuggling and to deal with Mexico's drug violence that has been spilling over into the United States.

The White House released the letter signed by national security adviser James Jones and White House counterterror chief John Brennan not long after Obama met at the Capitol with Republican senators who pressed him on immigration issues, including the question of sending troops to the border.

A Mexican Manual for Illegal Migrants
http://cryptome.quintessenz.at/mirror/mx/mx-m...

MEXICO CITY, Jan. 5 - The Mexican government drew fire from American advocates of tighter borders on Wednesday for publishing a pamphlet [below] that instructs migrants how to safely enter the United States illegally and live there without being detected.

Officials here say the small booklet, illustrated in comic-book style, is not intended to encourage illegal immigration, but to reduce the loss of life. Last year, more than 300 migrants died while crossing rivers and deserts to reach the United States.

The guidebook also advises would-be migrants to avoid hiring professional immigrant-smugglers and to refuse to carry packages for others. It also instructs people never to lie to border officials, carry false documents or resist arrest.

But groups favoring stricter immigration controls said the pamphlet amounted to a how-to manual for illegal immigrants. The booklet gives advice on what clothes to wear when fording a river and how to cross a desert without getting dehydrated.

It also counsels migrants to keep a low profile once in the United States, telling them, for instance, to stay away from loud parties or discos that might be raided by the police and to stay out of domestic disputes, which might lead to an arrest. Finally, it lists what rights migrants have if caught, among them safe transport home, medical care, food and water.

"This is not the action of a friendly neighbor," said Representative Tom Tancredo, the Colorado Republican who chairs the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus. "What would the Mexican government say if we encouraged our citizens to violate Mexican law?"

Mexico's Foreign Ministry, however, said its intent in publishing the "Guide for the Mexican Migrant" was to warn migrants of the dangers they might face if they choose to slip illegally into the United States.

Gerónimo Gutiérrez, Mexico's under secretary for North American affairs, said the guide was written to dissuade people from making a clandestine journey or at least to warn them of the perils and legal risks should they decide to go. About 1.5 million copies of the guide were printed and distributed throughout the country in December.

"Just last year over 300 Mexicans died in their attempt to enter the United States, the vast majority if not all of them in search of a job," Mr. Gutiérrez said. "The Mexican government obviously has an obligation to take all actions possible in order to avoid the loss of life."

He added, "It is a natural and fair response to consider this as an attempt to promote undocumented immigration, but that is absolutely not the intent of the Mexican government."

But groups seeking stricter immigration laws argued that Mexican officials were being disingenuous in asserting that the pamphlet does not encourage illegal migration. They say that Mexico wants to continue exporting unemployed people and reaping the benefits of money sent home to their families.

"If the Mexican government were really very concerned about their citizens dying in the desert, why doesn't it use its army and police to prevent people from crossing in those areas?" said Steven Camarota, director of research at the Center for Immigration Studies, which favors tighter borders.

Others said the pamphlet only highlighted the need to revamp the American immigration system, which seems to have no effective response to the yearly flood of Mexican migrants seeking jobs. "The publication is nothing more than another symptom of a broken immigration system," said Paul L. Zulkie, president of American Immigration Lawyers Association.

No son I am not! Illegal is Illegal!! just because Im sick and tired of millions of illegals sneaking into our country and taking our jobs dose not make me racist. You don't hear me talking about the color of there skin! You hear me complaining about there illegal auctions! You don't hear me complaining about legal immigrants.

This is not about the color of there skin. We are a nation of laws!! the illegals have no right to be here nor do they have the right to work in this country!

If they want that right they need to come here legally!

I am the one who is being discriminated against because of the color of my skin and the overwhelming number of illegals who come over here and put me out of work!

Do you know that roofing contractors tell me they only use Mexicans? That's discrimination!!
