I guess Marin never had accidents before cell phones and illegals. Must have been a great place.
Yup, it was.
Used to keep a few dimes in the ashtray for phone call, and jobs were abundant.

See - we need the SMART train for just these occasions
All of the accidents were south of where SMART will be running, now that Larkspur and San Rafael stations are cancelled.

SMART is going to haul about 400 people out of Marin during peak commute hours. What is that? About 10 minutes of traffic on 101? Less than a drop in the bucket.

You think a train running across the streets of San Rafael (if ever opened) or on a single track track northbound and southbound won't have accidents or delays? Sadly it will happen.

I'm for a train, but not at any cost. While we're waiting, can I sell you a bridge? You seem like a willing buyer.

IT is because daylight savings time ended last weekend, people got up earlier but did not go to bed earlier so thus on Friday they were sleep deprived.

Everyone has their problems. More people, more problems, the math is simple.

"Distracted driving" on the phones is starting to creep up to DUI's and speeding for the most common cause of car crashes.

Don't be surprised if cell phones are banned or getting a driver's license requires you to submit your cell phone records after a crash.

I was just going onto 580 from downtown San Rafael when I saw all the fire depart and police cars at that wreck .

Wow, shocking! Accidents during heavy commute periods equals really bad congestion? No way!
