Police chief on Pumpkin Stroll fines: 'We can't make exceptions'

Police Chief Joseph McGann said Sunday that he sympathizes with parents who were upset when they received parking tickets after attending Thursday's Pumpkin Stroll event at Moharimet Elementary School, but the law is the law, especially where public safety is concerned.
