I feel bad for all those who were ripped off by this so called man. This is why we can not trust anyone anymore. I am sure he is making his parent's proud. I hope someone scams him like he did to all the others. Just remember what gose around comes around.

I believe the sentence is wrong. Doesn't state law require a sentence with a minimum and a maximum? I am not certain but I believe it does

And what about Richard Line, 15ish years ago? I worked for that slime, and think he basically got a slap on the wrist.

There should be a law that requires people who do such scams to wear some sort of apparel in their everyday living that would show them to be a convicted scam person. This way people would be aware of the fact it could happen again and be heistate to deal with such a person.Would save a lot of headaches and money spend to convict twice..Those who don't ever want to be labeled in life....they will think twice before acting...People have to start using their heads to stop these people somehow..And to me,that would be a option the law makers could be discussing..Of course that may include them in too many ways....lol You know they came up with ankle braclets for house arrest etc...well come up with rings or wrist braclets or something of that manner to identify the scammers.

My question - what about any assets? When / how do the victims get anything back? Are they being sold & proceeds distributed to the victims? I don't care if I get $50 bucks back - I do not want that SOB left with anything.

And another thing. Her husband has a job (according to the internet at some place called air products?). Why can't he have his wages garnished to pay back these poor souls who lost everything? She's his wife-he should pay. I hope everyone who showed up to give impact statements for her partner in crime come to her sentencing and repeat everything they already said. I think they will come to it. We hope to be there with bells on to see her taken away:)

I'd just like you all to be aware that she currently is working 3 jobs trying to make ends meet.
If the judge shows leniency and my mother is able to keep working, some money will begin flowing to the victims, if she goes to jail, well she has no income so you'll get nothing from her.
(other then some idpm frozen assets)

I'll see some of you guys in court Friday.
And please do not speak of family matters such as my father, you didn't live in our household through the divorce you obviously can't truly know what it was about.

Though he is a nice man, and my moms a great person they went separate ways.

I amazes me how people come out of the woodwork to downgrade another person. There are so many mistruths in these postings. Deb trusted in her partner in business to do the right thing -- she made a mistake. As for her husband, he got out because he wa cheating on her and took up with another woman. So much for people really knowing what happens in other people's lives. I bet many of you, at least two, were smiling neighbors who were jealous. Deb worked hard for everything she ever had in life. Her mistake was trusting in her business partner and believeing he wsa doing what was right.

Clearly most of you do not know the real Deb. I'm amazed and horrified about the mean comments and down right lies. Some of you must be completely dillusional and nuts to come up with some of these fabrications aka "Mary" and "not smiling". Obviously, the name calling is uncalled for and outrageous. Do you consider yourself adults? If you do you probably shouldn't. Trust me I have a few names for you people, but I'm to much of dignified person to ever speak them. I look forward to seeing you in court tomorrow !
