Lower Macungie voters will get their first chance to elect their township commissioners this year and they could have plenty of candidates to choose from.

Prison Annex? That is a new church, replacing the one across from Walmart on Hamilton. They have outgrown it, cannot remember the name.

Great news! Someone young, Ryan Conrad. We need someone young and experienced to evoke change in Lower Macungie. How refreshing.

Oh boy... the Citizens for Change have the 70% Tax increase commissioner .... Reis... Aren't we lucky! How is that change? Reis sat on the County Commission and screwed us with a sudden tax increase that sent many homeowners into a panic to make their taxes. Taxpayers can accept gradual increases, but 70% or a 69.9% increase as Reis joked before he lost his re-election to the county position.., is just too much at one time. It reflects the poor management style of Roger C. Reis and also his lack of concern for the people he is supposed to represent.

OK primary is over and the small majority is leading us to government we always had. Don't people know that this Reis character gave us the 70% tax increase? He thought this was acceptable, but never expressed a concern for how this effected the lives of us real people.
