Jammin' On The Plaza Show Canceled: Middle Distance Runner show...

The latest edition of Jammin' on the Plaza, featuring indie quintet Middle Distance Runner and scheduled for tonight at PPL Plaza at Ninth and Hamilton streets in Allentown has been canceled.

Because everyone will be at Musikfest.

The BrewWorks website states that all the Jammin on the Plaza shows have been cancelled for the rest of the year by the Allentown Chamber of Commerce, whatever that means.

Maybe the band didn't have any bulletproof vests to wear.

Maybe the mayor and the chamber are taking their ball and going home since they aren't immediately getting their way with the Cedar Beach playground project.
