"He was the most loving, caring, kind-hearted and generous person," said Sandy Daloy, 36, of West Bloomfield, a first cousin of Linda Sulaka, the wife of Basim "Basil" Sulaka, who was gunned down Friday night.

Basil was the community!! He was loving,kind,caring,sharing...a lways interested in us all...he generated smiles..always..and trusting,so very trusting...if only all men were like he,the world would be a bettrr place.
