RAPE

Macomb, MI

Leonard Olear, 29, a suspended Macomb County corrections officer, was sentenced to ONLY one year in the St. Clair County Jail and placed on three years probation for raping a woman in her home in Clinton Township on Jan. 11, 2009.

Whats one year. So another terrorist essentally gets off scott free.

Do the math. You could be his next victim when he is free, and they will let one of their own out early.

Who is the real terrorist in this country?

In Fraser, a pson called Boyd was charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct of the second degree -- a 15-year felony because he is a person in authority over the student, and two counts of accosting a child for immoral purposes, a 4-year felony.

Funny how a jail guard only get 1 year and a civilian is looking at 15 years.

Where is the justice in that?

See how the system protects one of their own and the rest gets screwed over.

People had better wake up and act now before its too late.

I would like information about what I can do about my wrongful conviction of resisting arrest and mdopp charges which I did 1yr in jail for and also was sent to the pep program where I was held in their cpi program for over 4 months and the system now wants to put me in prison on4/21/2010 for 2 yrs. because theircpi program discharged me once for contracting a staph infection while in their care, and then made me come back to finish 2 more months. And once I returned they found out I'am suing them for catching that infection in their care so they immediately discharged me again saying I was argumentative. And now 2 months later they made up a different excuse for discharging me, all of which is going to result in me going to prison for 2 yrs. for not completing the pep program. All this over a resisting arrest and mdopp charges that i served all this outrageous time for already, and this employee of the county gets 1yr. for rape. What can I do? Where can I get help? fast. I only have a week before I'm inprisoned.

This girl is a total nut job, her appearance at court and at the bar looks like 2 different people.....she told everyone her life has been put on hold and has been on vacations and out to the bars.
She lied to the court and the gullible jury.
Her and mommy dearest want the conviction to stick so they can sue.
The are in in for the money.
Good luck to him, for he is the one who as suffered.
wait for verdict

I agree that O'lear got way too light of a sentence. However, he also "was looking at" 15 years. So, wait until the verdict and sentencing is in for the case your speaking of, to compare the two cases. Maybe in "your" case, the guy gets acquitted, or a similar sentence. Who knows?

But I repeat - In my opinion, O'lear DID get off way too easy.
