Another cop in Macomb keeps his job after the "average Joe" would have been locked away for years, I wish I could say I'm surprised, but I'm NOT!

You would be surprised how many average joes cases actaully get dropped. Cops get over-charged everytime because it keeps the prosecutor butt covered for litigation. This case was probably so weak that it shouldn't of even been on the judges desk.
