Level 3 sex offender moves into L.S.

Leigh Edward Foxley, 43, a level 3 sex offender, has registered with Snohomish County Sheriffa s office stating that he has moved into the City of Lake Stevens.

I am so disgusted that this 3 time violent offender is allowed to move into a family neighborhood. He raped repeated AND used a weapon; so what happened to the 3 time rule? He shouldn't be allowed to live here! I can't tell you how upset I am and I wish him the worst that could happen!

I could not agree more. I live in the same neighborhood as this disgusting individual. He lives no more than 1/2 a block from my front door. He now has posted a sign on his $300k house with a brand new car in the drive way that reads "this residence is monitored by closed circuit television no trespassing." As if he should be the one concerned about moving into our tight knit development. What is even more ridiculous is the fact that he moved in on Aug. 3rd and we didn't get notified from the Sheriff's until Aug. 22nd. I walked by this animals house several time around dusk time on my routine walk. Guess I can't do that anymore. I also had to explain to my children why they were not allowed in front of our house with out adult supervision. He obviously has no age limit for his sick acts. I don't care if he completed sex offender treatment. Once a rapist always a rapist.

I am horribly sorry that you all have to deal with this P.O.S. I unfortunately have to work with him. I feel truly disgusted every time he is around and would love to put a bullet in his head for the things he has done.He does not deserve freedom.He does not deserve to breathe.

Hey, Justaguy, and all of the others out there just throwing around hate and discontent;
Would you rather have this person being out front and in the open and doing what the law has required of him, or would you rather have him in the shadows? He did the time the law required. Instead of "blogging" about all of this, why don't you and all the others like you, go to the Legislature and start working on laws that will ensure the next guy doesn't go free. Instead you sit at your desk and talk about how you "feel" like killing someone and doing NOTHING about anything. Big talk! It seems that justaguy hides behind his computer screen typing out his brand of keyboard morality while he probably goes to church and salutes the flag and plays good american while blaming all the ills of society on people like Foxley. Step up and go looking for the homeless sex offenders who God only knows what they're doing. Cure something or save a life or go on a mission trip and help someone in a 3rd world country. Don't spout off about what a horrible person someone else is until you've done all that you can do to be the greatest man anyone has ever known. You might be a puppy killer or you might be embezzling money or a porn addict or stealing from your workplace or speeding (that's against the law, too! Just different shades of gray) or maybe you're just a weak person with no life and small mind! Who knows and who cares. At least Foxley is being transparent and is doing what is expected of him. So, he doesn't deserve to live? Hmm, when we all start praying to you as God and any others out there like "justaguy", then maybe we'll succumb to that tired and weak line of thinking. Until then, it looks as though, Jesus,(and if you have EVER stated that you believe in the Son of Man you shouldn't even be writing the crap you wrote!)is in charge and what you think or say doesn't count except to the other's on this blog that can't get out of their tiny little holes either.
There's no justification or defense for his crimes and he'd probably tell you that. What is he doing now with his life? Is there any redemtion in our world? Christ says so. Maybe you should spend a little more time pondering your existence and its relevency to the big picture instead of voicing your desire to put bullets in other folks brains. Might it be that you don't have one yourself? No one can hold you back from your 1st amendment right, but I wish that someone would hold you back from being an idiot! Ask God, he'll help you out!!!
