3. Arrest Report

The following felony arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office: Hoyt Dewayne Allen, 49, of 640 Thornton Drive in Columbus, was arrested Friday by the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office on one count of grand larceny more than $500. Johnny Demarcus Hunter, 24, of 1010 13th St.

dont judge hoyt allen by what you read here the man spent most of his life helping others playing shows for free to help others in need and he never intended to steal any thing from anybody but know he has fallen on hard times were are all the same folks that he helped over the years a skill saw and a sander are not $500 like detective ryan rickert claims if hoyt is guilty of any thing its petty larceny not a felony as he has been charged and to mr farmer on sprull road i know for a fact that hoyt would have returned these tools to you and when he talked to you about it he was telling you the truth and i can understand your anger but put yourself in his shoes and think about what you would do to feed your wife and 3 kids hoyt is not a bad person ask anyone who knows him he would take the shirt off his back to help others but how soon the ones you helped forget you sorry hoyt but if there is anything i can do to help you let me know jeff

He is no good. He is always in trouble and needs to grow up. I can't believe he found someone to marry his ugly self and he is to old to have kids.

Not only does he steal, he has a bad drug problem as well. He is not a rock star nor will he ever be, I agree with the person in the last comment, he needs to grow up and he is ugly. He comes from a good family..... don't know what happen to him.

He is a good person. He just has never had his priorites right. He has always been at the wrong place at the wrong time. I know him, he does not steal. I would bet it was a mis-understanding of some sort.

I don't know this person, but all of us are having hard times. Stealing is stealing. You shouldn't have to ask for your stuff back. Keep in mind the detective values property as what the plaintiff says is the worth of it.
