I wonder if the airbags would have deployed, if that would have kept her from being ejected? How could she be ejected from the vehicle with her seatbelt on? Did the entire seat go with her? I don't think so because initially the police stated she wasn't wearing one. That must have been some impact!! Such a sad story!

Cover up what? If she weren't wearing a seatbelt, it would only effect her and she died in the crash. But you're right Jack, they must be covering up a non-criminal seat belt infraction committed by a dead woman. Get a life!
