History asks ... in case of conflict ... do you think American republican nationalists (ARN) would butcher-off Obama.nation Homeland Security gestapo as well as Iraqi kurds kick-p*ss outa ISIS Muzzi-Wogs?

It determines who owns and rules the land ... who owns and rules the culture ... who owns and rules the values ---

The US supreme court owns and rules the land along with their crony capitalist counterparts and many of them are american republican nationalists so you haft to start with them first when it comes to butchering...

ISIS is an Iraq problem that the Bush administration created when he evaded Iraq and took Saddam out...

Really KOW you talk as-if The Supremes had special powers. But, a SCOTUS judge may be impeached just like Pres Clinton was impeached ... and Ginsberg et.al. may be removed by an unfavorable vote in the Senate. As a political method it's THAT easy.

**BTW** LIJ makes those arguments consistently, that folks could bounce-out the crony USA Gub'mnt in 4 years ... but they do not. Too much tittie$ being passed around ... and people alienating their liberty being bought-off. Sadly LIJ cares only for money.

I rate your other two points 0 - 2 and who knows better howto grade than the prof? Not a big-league score and Tacoma isn't a bad town except for the narco.MEX wettbakkk hoodlums Wa. state dumps there to sooth their emotions.

40 million was spent investigating Clinton and only 14 million was spent on the 9/11 investigation and Clinton was acquitted while Bush/Cheney refused to testifies under oath... So whats wrong with this picture when you had thousands burn in the streets on 9/11 vs Clinton being caught with his zipper down?

And the Supreme do have special powers when it comes down to weakening the constitution and the patriot act is proof of that....

We could argue the meaning of the word "special" all year long. Sure they can do things you and I cannot ... so can a krak-hoe or dog-catcher. But, legally easier to remove a SCOTUS member than a union-contracted bowser-babe with 3 pitbull scared fingers.

Really KOW if you can't tell the difference between McVeigh and John Adams then you have problems I cannot solve.

Say it till it doesn't hurt-no-more. McVeigh was a 2-bit thugee no different than that 23-yo Bantu stain who shot the cab-driver.
