Jail builder files $501K lien for unpaid expenses, workers laid off
The new jaila s financial woes continued this week when eight corrections officers and eight other employees were laid off January 10, about one month after the facilitya s builder filed a half-a-million dollar lien on the property for unpaid construction services.
