Driving around in public vehicles
When an employee of the Baker County sheriff's department drove to a residence in west Macclenny the evening of March 22 and heavily damaged a vehicle using a baseball bat, he arrived there and drove off in a Dodge Dakota pickup belonging to the department.

Why doesn't someone report the whole truth about why the person to a bat to the vehicle in the first place. Love how people don't report the whole story.
