Has anyone been to this cesspool before? I was driving by this place and decided to stop. What a mistake. Maybe the "brothers" like their cheap, worthless guns, but I saw nothing worth anything while there. Talking straight from the trailor park! I am pretty sure the saleman that was there must have smoked 25+ packs a days, by the sound of his voice.

I don't get why you guys are flaming the poster? All he did was give his opinion and a warning to gun owners who like well made and well maintained firearms.

Sounds like the boy got lost on his way to Atlanta: he might need to keep going next time. The Dixie boys have been selling guns to me for 10 plus years and can get whatever you need. Last time I checked the Colts,Sigs,Glocks and Springfields I bought were not cheap or worthless. He must have been scared being around real men

These guys give a fair price on a wide range of guns, I bought a sig sauer there, and I assure it, it is NOT cheap.

Most of you may not know this but last night( Saturday) j.w passed away. If you did not have a chance to get to know him he was a friend to all and even though he was rough on the outside he would give you the shirt off his back. It's a sad loss and he will be missed by family, friends and all of mabelton. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.

How sad that JW passed away. I went in there this year to purchase a new gun and asked about him. I was told that he passed earlier this year, my heart go out to his family & friends. JW was a good guy I dealt with him for 6 yrs at dixie. I saw his son in oct 2010 and then when I go back this year I get bad news. You will be missed JW.

No word, I call there everyday but have not had a chance to drive by, I literally Went there to pick up my 45 while it was on fire and was not happy but my one gun was the small picture... from what I hear they didn't loose much inventory expecially down low and in the safes. I will continue calling, I wish they had an email or website for updates though.
