What is going on with Cobb County police? The new Walgreen's on the corner of Buckner Rd. and Vet. Memorial has been broken into 5 times! The most recent break-in was last night. The theives took a tractor from a nearby construction site and smashed through the front doors and stole the ATM machine. Where are the police? This clearly took some time to accomplish, and given the history of break-ins this past year at that location, it is unacceptable that there isn't more security!

Hell no you don't get used to it!!!!! I've been here since I was 11 (1986) & it wasn't like this. We have let the thugs & unruly children take control. I know there are alot of good people left here & we need to stand up & do something. And it's not just Mableton it is everywhere. THIS COUNTRY IS GOING TO SHIT!!!!!

Can't find the police, try speeding they will show up. It is all a matter of resources. You can spend more money on investigation and crime prevention but it might cost the county more money. More money to arrest and process the criminals they catch. Or you can spend more money on traffic enforcement which brings in revenue, the more citizens you ticket the more money it brings into the county. The more criminals you catch the more money it cost to deal with them.
