I personally agree with them. I don't know how long their methods will be effective since they are basically trespassing. Eventually it will imact someone's wallet and the game will come to a swift end.
Are the banks seeing to it that these houses are maintained? Are the lawns mowed? Does the bank-owner have any local management? If they aren't following the rules and are instead contributing to neighborhood decline, then they should be fined.
Otherwise the occupiers are doing the banks a favor.
