Cobb County police say the teenagers charged with attacking cyclists on the Silver Comet Trail may be involved in other crimes.

You should see how big they grow 15 year olds now. If they are big enough to knock you off the bicycle and beat you with sticks before you can recover I think they need more than an as whooping. You need to bring your piece anyway cause if you leave it in the car you'll lose it in the break in when they hit your car which happens a lot in South Cobb.

We just moved to Mableton my wife wants to walk this trail, I'm starting to wonder should I? Are should I stay home and walk the cow patty trail in the back yard.We moved from a bad area where she escaped a near car jacking in March lucky once.....maybe not twice!

The trail is safe for the most part, but you should never go to a park alone. NEVER!!!!

Don't park your car in parking lot on Concord Road near the covered bridge. My car and another one were broken into on Sunday Nov 9 around 6:00 PM. They must have gotten scared away because all they got was a diaper bag from the other car. Nothing was missing from mine but I am still picking up broken glass. The investigating officer says this happens about once a week, especially on Sunday. I will park either at mile zero or the Silver Comet Depot from now on....
