This Financial company has the most wicked people i ever seen. They have no mercey. I give them a 0 out of 10. They will suck you dry no matter how poor you are even if you had a penny they would try to take something out of it. Danco sucks big time boooooo....!!!!

they have a crooked way of doing business they have family members that bids on your car after they repo it and they want let any other people bid on the cars. this is against the law in Ga. if you owe 5,000 on your car and they sell it for 10,000 they dont get to keep the money.

Danco is, by far, the worst financial institution I have ever delt with. I bought a truck and the financing was arranged through Danco. Eight days later the rear differential went out and my vehicle was put into the shop with a $1300 repair bill. I called Danco to let them know my situation and ask if it would be okay if my first payment was made five days late because of the unexpected expenses and what I got was attitude and a threat of reposession.

Five months into my contract I inquired about a change in payment day (by ten days) to better coinside with my budget, and again all I received was attitude. At this point every payment had been made, either on, or before the due date. Then I realized they have a ten day grace period without a late charge so I have since been taking advantage of this (to Danco's dissatisfaction).

My next complaint comes from a call inquiring about reducing the ridiculous 28% APR to something more reasonable. The individual handling my request almost seemed dumbfounded that I would ask such a question. I was told that they wont adjust a finance charge and if I didn't agree with it then I shouldn't have signed the contract.

Four months ago, I changed my insurance online, without a lapse in coverage, and when my original policy cancelled, I received two nasty phone calls from the same account representative and the next day I had FOUR, YES FOUR letters in my mailbox also threatening reposession of my vehicle, which was neither uninsured, nor behind in payments. It took most of an afternoon on the phone and three different people at Danco before they FINALLY understood that I merely changed companies without a lapse in coverage.

Finally, today I received a nasty phone call once again, because I submitted 2/3 of a payment with a note explaining the rest would be paid in three days when I get paid. The ludacris part comes with a comment by the rep about a payoff balance inquiry I had made earlier this month. He very sarcastically said, "you called asking about paying it off in full and instead you only make a partial payment? THis is completely unacceptable!" I had simply asked for a payoff because I was looking at possibly trading this truck off for something else, but decided against it.

I currently have 10 months left of a 24 month contract, I'm current on my payments, and I'm planning on using my next day off to take this vehicle to my own bank to refinance the remaining balance.

Danco does not know the meaning of customer service, they don't value the people who are keeping them in business, and have no interest in helping to satisfy any complaints. I have owned many vehicles, both new and used, and I'm familiar with many different types of banks/lenders and Danco is definately at the bottom of the list. I would never recommend anyone do business with them!!!

I am glad i paid off my vehicle i had financed with Danco Financial. Constant headaches,threats phone calls etc.They won't work with you regardless because they want to repo to resell your car. THE closer I got to pay off the worse it became.Stay away from this company!

Please!!..whatever you do!..dont under no circumstances deal with this people!!!!..they are cold-blooded evil-low -down dirty!!!!!..and something should be done!!!!!...we all should get together and file a law suit!!!..the stress these people put you through is unfair!!!!!....If anyone is interested please respond!!!!...Danco is should be put out of business immediately!!!!...so serious!!!!

They have repo my twice within 4 months! when payments have been made!!!..had a insurance policy under my sister policy and they said they wanted me to be policy holder!..the first time it was repo my payment was late but I paid it. they came and repo anyway!!...now its repoed again and they want 6 months advance car payment before I can get it back!..never done the repairs it needed!..and they are very disrespectful!!!!..they all gonna burn in hell oneday!!!!...for their evil greedy doings!!!!...

I brought my car in 07' from the Memorial Drive location. I gave $1k to $1500 down and I drove the car off of the lot it broke down on my way home. So I immediately brought it back per the old 30 day warranty and told them that they can keep the car. They told me they would fix it they kept my car for 31 days in mableton then upon return the car broke down again now they're trying to garnish my check because I had the car returned to them on a flat bed truck. This was in 2007. They are crooked!!!!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.My car had to be fixed over five times in four months ,and it was sold without an emissions test. The interests rate is ridiculous and they do not report to the credit bureaus in a timely fashion to rebuild your credit.

I bought my car last year in May from Century Motorsports, Inc. and financed through Danco. I have NEVER had any problems with either company. Not sure why people don't get their own mechanics to check out the vehicles before they buy it.

Yes, I had a repossession from another source in 2006, but I got 0% APR for the life of my loan through Danco.

Take responsibility for your own actions people. Why sign a contract if you don't agree with it?

First of all, Mama SE you work for Danco Financial so of course you would agree to their HORRIBLE service. You really need to stop lying about the 0% APR. Sanco doesn't even offer a 0% APR. Get off of this website with your lies!!!!!! Danco is a HORRIBLE company to deal with!!!!!

I really dont think its Danco that we need to be mad at, its the company that sold us these clunkers. I bought my car in May 2011 and the engine light was on whe I test drove the car. I told the car salesman that the engine light was on and I wasnt able to purchase the car until the problem was fixed. They took my car away and came back and the engine light was off. The next day, it came back on. Took it back to the Mableton location. They claimed they had ordered the part for my car and it was getting fixed. I waited 3 hours while they fixed it. A week later, the engine light was back on. A different mechanic told me that my engine light was on because I need a fuel pump which is $500-$600! I decided to do a carfax after the bad news only to find out that they changed the miles on my car by 50,000 miles. Totally insane!!!! This has to be the worst car company in the world.

I agree danco is terrible im having issues with them now. They are extremely rude and do not care about trying to work with the customers. Currently trying to find a new company to refinance through.... I need to speak with the CEO of Danco. Does anyone know the number?????

I don't know why you all are having such a hard time. I just got off the phone with Danco, Scott, an account rep, spoke with me. I bought a car in late Sept. My first 2 payments have been late. The first payment due Oct 29 was paid in November - no problem. They only charged me a late fee. My payment due November 29 has still not been paid, I told Scott I would walk it in this Friday (12/21) and he said no problem. No attitude, no sarcasm, no insults. Now maybe, they are repossessing my car this week but I don't think so. He didn't even mention the fact that my first payment was late too. So lets see what happens.

I have dealt with Danco in the past. I must agree with some of the post up here. Danco came and took my car because they said I didn't have insurance on my vehicle which was a lie. I had to take a day off work to get all the paperwork from my insurance company showing that I have never had a lapse in my policy. Danco need to train their reps to provide better customer service.

The worst ever... I purchased a car from Marietta Automart a month ago, the car broke down the next day.. The car salesman told me if I pay outta pocket to get it fixed, I wouldn't have to make my next payment.. I paid $500 to get it fixed. But that turned out to be a lie. Then I tried to get my license plate and the tag office said I wasn't in the system. Come to find out, the car has to vin #'s but there the same make and model. The insurance company dropped my insurance and Danco repo'd my car
