when you left here Nov.18th with your payment, you had not finished your job. We couldn't use the TV because the numbered keys would not activate the channels. After stewing about this for a few days we questioned Comcast about it.They scheduled technicians to come and investigate the problem. They came yesterday --- started at the beginning and installed the unit properly. No charge.
You got some valuable experience at the expense of two elderly senior citizens.
