Green is open land, lawns, trees.

It is not concrete and steel and toilets.

Dems like to believe it's green.

It's green only in the sense of money.

Higher density = more money to the city, more $$ to DWP.

That translates to more political power.

But let's be honest, it is anything but green. They tear down a home with 4 people and put up a 20 unit apartment with 70 people. Little to no yard or trees.

Just a potted plant near the front entrance.
