The article was written by city councilman, Mark Smith's dad. Mark Smith wants to be the next mayor, and that's the only reason for opposing Prop #1. If Prop #1 doesn't pass, the next mayorial campaign will pit Gough vs. Smith. Both are incompetent. Not sure if Smith is even employed at this time. His prior job was Executive Director of the smallest Japanese-America Society in the country. It ranked 39 of 39. Check out their site.... less than 4 employees.
