Will there be a retrial? The 28th of April was the deadline for the Assistant DA to decide on a retrial. An interested relative of Betty Harmon, deceased.

How does someone with such serious criminal charges, including vehicular homicide, hit and run get bond lowered from $50,000 to $1.00? Something isn't right! This poor elderly woman and her family deserve better respect than thus far, especially since there were so many wittnesses who testified on her behalf. My prayers and sympathy to the family.
