When a person files bankruptcy someone down the line or many go home without a paycheck.

Do you think it's wrong for a person to be filing bankruptcy on several businesses and in the process open a new business? Spending money that should be given in payouts to those that are doing without because of the prior bankruptcies . Can you in good spirit support the new business?

Bankruptcy is a last resort. A necessary evil if you will, for certain extreme circumstances. If a person files for bankruptcy it certainly doesn't mean they may never have a fresh start or invest in a business. However, if one files when he/she is able to pay, then it is immoral and he is a thief.
