Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

Paul smh Paul smh Paul. Do you not realize the mission of Jesus and what he stood for? You are doing much more harm to this world then you are helping. Jesus showed his love for people and invited them into Gods kingdom. He did not shove the old testament down their throats. His main focus was the love for people and refoming his father's house. You are pretty religious and hopefully logical. Read the gospels and Acts again and then ask yourself who you are more like, Jesus or the Pharisees. Would you martyr Stephen? Would you cast the first stone? Here is an idea, just read Paul's story. You need to find your road to Damascus brother?

During Jesus's ministry the only reference for him and his people was the Torah and remainder of the Old Testament. This is why he would make references to his yoke. He did not go around quoting John 3:16. Clearly, James is not in the Old Testament. Since you are quoting James, you might want to see what it says about the tongue. It does seem like you are in denial. Let's see..... who else was in denial in the New Testament? Hmmm

The gods envy us.
They envy us because we're mortal.
Because any moment might be our last.
Everything's more beautiful because we're doomed.
You will never be lovelier than you are now.
We will never be here again.
