Why does your back hurt all up and down spin when you stand in one place very long? Also when you go to sit down after awhile and get up you can't straighten up very good feels like your back is going to break anyone have any ideas of what this could be?

I would say go to a doctor to get this checked out! You probably would need an MRI or CatScan to see what's going on!!! Good luck!!

Try a chiropractor before any surgery. Back surgery usually leads to more and more back surgery. Try a good chiropractor.

You don't want to ignore that, you wanna check that to keep moving for your kids! Back issues could be serious it could be anything from desk issues or tumors! I don't want to scare you but I waited about a year till I got mine checked but my case was a tumor in the spine!!!! My surgery would have been way simpler if I got it checked earlier! I doing fine now and hope you can take care of your issue!!! Good luck!!

The other posters are correct in advising you not to ignore this. It could be anything from an improper chair if you sit a lot causing a pinched nerve (My husband was having back/neck issues and his mainstream docs had recommended surgery---he went instead to a physical therapist who suggested he make some simple changes in his chair and see a chiropractor---presto---the pain went went away after about a month of treatment.) to tumors. Pain is the body's way of telling something is wrong, don't ignore the warning.

I have an appointment Mon. to see a chiropractor. I'm going to go and see what he thinks. Thanks to you all have a good one. One more thing I have been using an ice pack because the chiropractor told me to try that and it helps some but when I take it off Lord there it goes again to me that sounds like inflammation. Don't know maybe he will be able to help. God bless y'all! Thanks again.

You need to have an MRI done. A chiropractor could do damage, if it is something more than just bones out of place.

That's why I said "a good chiropractor", he will do ex rays before he touches anybody. I just said, try a chiropractor before surgery.

I understand that since no insurance you have a major problem, but here is a cheap way of getting some relief.

Walmart sells an economical muscle rub for 88cents, it is similar to Ben gay. Also, find some generic aspercreme, have someone rub both on you a few times a day. It will not get rid of pain, but it gives some relief.

Many blessings

You may wanna try the heating pads too, sometime you need to alternate between both especially if you have nerves and muscle pain at the same time! The heating pads would help a lot with the nerves pain!!!
