Opportunity to learn and gain new skills and knowledge.

Opportunity for promotions and increased responsibility.

They are hiring all the time. Lots of people hire on then quit for no apparent reason other than pure laziness. We are looking for motivated people.

If you want to go to college for free, while getting the best medical care around and work full time then come on down. There are too many other benefits to mention here, but please hurray before all the good jobs are gone.

Yep, great place. That's why they have a high turn over even in a crapy economy.

If you're unemployed it's not because there isn't any work.

Just look around: A housing shortage, crime, pollution; we need better schools and parks. Whatever our needs, they all require work and as long as we have unsatisfied needs, there's work to be done.

So ask yourself, what kind of world has work but no jobs. It's a world where work is not related to satisfying our needs, a world where work is only related to satisfying the profit needs of business.

This country was not built by the huge corporations or government bureaucracies. It was built by people who work. And it is working people who should control the work to be done. As long as employment is tied to somebody else's profits, the work won't get done.

Most of the Pepsi related threads on here say its because of the unpaid overtime, inflexible management, poor benefits, and an oppressive work environment. If the glassdoor.com reviews are accurate, those "paid vacations" are blacked out during the summertime, so no summer vacations at all, and by "paid holidays", you must mean that they have the opportunity to make the time up later? A recurring theme in them is also that you will probably be fired or let go if you have a family emergency that requires any time off.

You might just be the first person I have ever heard of that likes working there, definitely the first one on Topix.

Nobody likes to work anywhere. People want their cushy handouts instead.

So there are no good places or bad places to work, they are all just the same and you will get treated the same no matter where you clock in?

Good environments to work in don't have high turnover. Bad places do.

High turnover happens at places that run a tight ship and expect employees to earn their pay. The problem with this country is people are weak. We need people that will make their employees work hard instead of just coast by doing the bear minimum.

Someone should beat you.
The company as a problem. I had a roommate that worked there for a bit. They cheat on hours. And asked him to fill the tank more than once because they forgot to on the yard.

you run a good company by paying a decent wage and being good to your employees. you are understanding when someone needs a day off for family needs. then your employees want to work hard for you and your company.

The Crisp family has ran the company for 76 years and it keep growing year after year. The point of a business is to make money and they are succeeded at it even now in a down economy. How many successful companies have you ran?

PMA is a horrible employer. Ask anyone that has worked there. If you don't believe them, ask someone currently working there when they aren't around their manager!

BUT, if you need a job, they do provide monetary compensation for a job performed. It's that simple.

No personal offense to anyone on here but all I asked if for places that are hiring in murray. I don't care about pepsi it's a joke to me nobody stays there anyway for some odd reason. No, there is not really that many jobs out there right now and the ones that are hiring are mostly high paid medical jobs that the majority of us have no qualifications in. I do not care about the government and why it is the way it is or who's on welfare and who isn't. I just asked a simple question and no disrespect to anyone but that's all I want to know. I don't want to read through everyone's arguments just to see if maybe someone posted something helpful. Yes I know I should look else where for jobs and believe me I have this was a last resort.
