Your staff is fairly friendly, but I'm not sure they can read, nor make drinks. First, sweet tea has sugar in it, which I ordered and got an unsweet. Second, bacon, egg and cheese does not mean sausage, egg and cheese. Oh and a Coolatta is supposed to be at least halfway frozen. It's not supposed to be vanilla flavored milk/cream. Lastly, you can't put granulated sugar into an iced coffee. It just doesn't mix well. Did DD even have some sort of training?
did you talk to the manager or just make an angry topix post

Wasn't going to find a parking spot when there are only five of them to begin with, go in and ask for a manager, etc. Hence the reason why I went into the drive-thru. I had to get to work, where I do my job properly.

Big difference in being new and not caring. New people care but may be slow. Which is why I usually tolerate slow service. Not caring is a different story... Dewaynesbabygirl from what we see on Facebook has friends who work there who party and they all think its a big fu*king joke and game. Hung over? Best seat in the house when he can stare at her ass? I mean is it against policy to be friends with coworkers? Fraternization? Etc

Yep! Fidalgo bay is awesome! And Murray donut is good too. I don't mind stopping at two places for coffee and donuts/sandwiches in the morning when you get good service and the employees know what they're doing

Sounds like DD is their own worst enemy... if they continue and don't get any better time will do them in.

I don't stop at DD, so I probably don't have a horse in this race, however, from what is posted on topix(okay, I know it's topix)but where are the comments from people who support DD.

Maybe they should speak out and give some support??? If not a business like this will not make it even if it is a national brand like DD.

I wounded recommend it. The coffee sucks and the donuts are flash frozen. As for the employees, the two times I've stopped few I dealt with were great. Not their fault about frozen donuts and crappy coffee beans. Give one star for the donuts and coffee and four to the employees for actually making an effort to be friendly.

DD has good potential but the owners Of this paticular store have NO idea how to actually run a buisness. They are going agaisnt corporate orders and trying to run it unrealistically. They don't pay their employees enough, they change their procedures EVERYDAY, and they don't come close to following the labor laws! If you really want something done go to the website and report them to corporate by clicking on contact us. They read them very quickly and reply back to you! Don't let this stuff continue.....

They're not brand new anymore. They've been open a while now. It's donuts, coffee and toaster oven sandwiches, not open heart surgery.
