I've heard Womack Carter Options is hiring, but I don't even know what they do and can't find any information on line. Any one worked there/know what they do? Is it worth applying?

It can be a good job. I worked there a couple summers ago. You take care of people with disabilities. It's over on 4th st, across from harlan. You'll never know if you'll like it unless you apply.

Stay away! That place will make you as crazy as they are! I loved the clients but Bonnie makes it impossible for the place to run correctly! It could be a great job, with all new staff. You will be a stressed out mess if you work there!

Its funny to see all the positive comments about Bonnie, That is an absolute joke! How many staff does she currently have that have been there over a year or two? very few! She is a bitch and the clients deserve so much better! Paperwork? That is the least of that places problems!

well if u would have done ur job right and still worked there then u would have not said this u will not find a better boss than Bonnie and if u was not mad at her about anything then u would not have said anything bad yes this job gives u a lot of stress but u r there to help the clients and make them happier in life. So if u r on here downing Womack then u was not there for the clients and u must not be happy with ur life and can't move on because if u was happy in ur life u would have moved on and would not be on here downing this place

Dude, If Bonnie is so 'grate' to work for and gives you so much how about asking for some classes in English. You need help with spelling, usage, and sentence structure. I hope you are not working with clients and maybe just the janitor.
what ever well I am happy. And ur not

I currently work there and love and alot of staff can't work there long because Bonnie provides a ton of college kids jobs when many places refuse to work around class schedules she does

Wow. Apparently you have nothing better to do then to talk down on others. I guess that helps you with your own self esteem issues. Maybe you need to make an appointment to see a therapist to help. Just because someone doesn't have perfect speech doesn't make them any less of a caring human being.

This is true. There are college kids that leave for the summer then return to work there.

Thanks for the tip. IF I ever need a therapist maybe you could give me the name of the one you are seeing. Don't hold your breath for my call and continue your sessions in the meantime.

I am a current employee, and have been for a while. I couldn't ask for a better boss or co-workers. Honestly, she can be a little bitter sometimes but we all are. People like to bitch about Bonnie because she is 'mean' but in reality she is just trying to provide for the clients the best she can. It's obvious she cares. She may not do everything right, but 99% of the time she is there for her employees. Not many bosses you can say the same about. If you have any complaints about the company it is most likely because you didn't do your job correctly. This job is the most rewarding job I have ever had, and wouldn't trade the time I have spent here for anything. .

Bonnie is a great boss and does care for the clients. She is definitely one who will take care of ya if u work hard and prove urself. My biggest problem with working there was the other workers. One half I'd do anything for and the other half was nothing but a bunch of two faced, worthless scum. Stab u in the the back with a smile on their face. But if u keep ur business to urself the clients make the job more than worthwhile. Much love to my boy Craig! King of Womack-Carter options!!
