Suspect in two-state killing spree transferred

A man suspected in a killing spree that left eight people in two states dead is being transferred to a county where he's charged in one of the slayings.

I just got done reading the 2nd installment of Crime and Punishment on SaukValley.com , which is laboriously going through Sheley's history of violent crime. It is absolutely mind numbing! Violation after violation of parole/probation and nothing was ever done, no revocation and resentencing on the underlying charge. This is not usual and customary in that county -- something is horribly amiss.
