Wow, a human body and a moped would be awfully big for "debris". What in the world?!?

If I wanted to get away with felony hit and run, I would swear that I thought that big man and his big ride was just a little debris, too. Makes you wonder what this guy has on the police or who he snitched on in another case.

Will WHY was it dropped? And who was the crazy person who said so. A man is run over by a car and dies and the man who did it, runs away like a big chicken and nothing is done, WHY???? Whats the difference, than me going down the road and shooting at people walking along the road and killing a few of them and me going on the Walmart to go shopping.

A guy hits another guy that is on a moped- the man who hits him drives away from the scene of the accident!!! The man dies- then the man that hits him is found- and he says oh- I thought I had hit a pile of debris had no idea I hit a person. My question would be- wouldn't a man and a moped do alot more damage to a car than a pile of debris?? I am sure that man had to know he had hit a moped and a person- and not just a pile of trash or debris!! And charges were dropped- sounds like to me some plea dealing going on before it even gets to court.

Judge Victor Ludwig rules again. Everytime I read one of his decisions it convinces me we need serious judicial reform.
