The powers to be in Augusta County won't be satisfied until they turn our beautiful County into the Socialist enclave that is Charlottesville. They need to consider the Schools, the highways, the fire and police protection. The migration of Democrats from C'ville will make impossible for Republicans or Independents to be elected to represent the Conservative nature that is Augusta County.

You don't think that there should be any growth? If the population and development stayed the same, who will pay for raises, infrastructure upgrades, repairs, remodeling the schools, replacing fire trucks and police cars? You will when your taxes go up through the roof. Then you can go to the supervisor meetings and ask them why your property taxes went up.

Your taxes were justified to take care of all you stated, what you should ask is where did the money go and why havent these upkeepings happen
