This will not be a no-kill facility. It is a pound, not a rescue. The SPCA in Augusta County that currently handles animals for animal control is not a no-kill facility, either.

Charlottesville is no-kill, but not over the mountain. Those SPCA's are high kill shelters.

Curious, why are they so eager to slaughter defenceless animals over there but not here? whats the rationale.
