I hope that white car was parked there before it rained and someone didn't actually think they owned a boat.

Nope, no parking along that stretch of Old Ivy Rd. This happens every time it rains. I don't know how people don't realize Old Ivy Rd under the tracks floods whenever there's heavy rain. And it's not like you have to drive several miles out of your way to go around. You just go down Ivy Rd and catch rt 846 to the backside of Old Ivy Rd. Well worth the trip to avoid ending up like that Taurus.

If I had a dollar for all the COMPLETE MORONS driving around in these down-pours without headlights, I could have come to work today, told a few people to kiss my whatsis, and retired wealthy !!! People in this burg do not get it!! Rain comes down -- HEADLIGHTS GO ON !!! Ditto with snow and fog!! DUH.
