He had a bad childhood and they should let him go. He needs to sue the people in the van and the cop that was chasing him. When will cops quit targeting black criminals?

Among America's largest cities, Philadelphia's homicide rate is the worst. Guns are the weapons of choice, with more than 80% of homicides committed with a firearm, according to the most recent police statistics. African-Americans make up 85% of the victims......the reason it is no problem is because it is ok if those killed are te coloreds and coons

Don't forget that the drugs pay for the guns and the overwhelming majority of all violent crime is the result of the drug trade-----customers that don't pay, people that get robbed or burglarized to pay for the drugs, etc. Too often the real REASON why the crime occurred is overlooked by the local media---especially when a town doesn't want to scare away prospective university students or rock the ever shaky real estate market!

The circuit and district court websites of both Charlottesville and Albemarle seem to portray a long employment pattern here of "applied street pharmacy" entrepreneurship.

Local assembly line justice obviously doesn't give our judges enough time to accurately research a person's prior convictions. Perhaps seeing eye dogs might be able to help them somehow?
