And I like how he refers to the other post as ignorant....HAHAHA! Hey Reb! You lost. Time to get over it.

Really, no one seems to care about the fact that a man died here, you all should be giving your sympathies to the family not bashing each other or the dumb ****'s that just stood by. somebody's husband, father, son or brother has lost his life and most likely due to a medical condtion.
He was my brother an a father.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. If everyone spent time being supportive it would be great. Families read these posts and some are very hurtful. Put yourself in their place before you post anything.

Well least see how long has that road been there, long before most of the people making these comments. I can say im 45 and its been there all my life. That Road has never jumped up and bite anyone nor moved. It's not the road its the crazy drivers. No one knows what happen to the drive or what caused it. Just pray he did not suffer and pray his family gets over it. GROW UP people where is the respect for others, oh that's right respect went to hell a long time ago.

Excuse me; just so you know, we are actually writing on this forum; vocalizations are not the media, so puncutuations and correct spelling are useful. But, here, as with the verbalized thoughts, people judge according to the way you project; I believe you to be just another inked up, redneck, riff-raff, trailer park trash idiot!
And you are a SHIFFLETT! What's your point.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I am neither I am just stating a fact that 90% of the time when you have a Northener they are all about themselves and are A--holes, they think they know everything. Just so you know you don't and further more I have nothing against anyone but they are not willing to help in any situation except for about 10 to 15 % of them. You can find some good ones just like you can find the same as a Southerner there are really good ones and some bad ones also.

2 people, out of over 30 bystanders tried to help. ONLY 2. Perhaps if some of those Looky Lou's had pitched in, the driver could have been pulled from the truck before he became a crispy critter. No. All those people stood around and watched an overweight grandmother try and try to yank open the doors. ONE man ran and got her a fire extinguisher when she yelled for help. That's it. No one else did anything but stand on the shoulder of the road and watch. And the traffic?? People were driving AROUND the burning truck, honking their horns because the road was partially blocked.
What a pitiful state of affairs when people will just stand by and do nothing to help someone who is burning to death. Hopefully, the driver was dead BEFORE burning up.
Everyone out there who was playing spectator should be deeply ashamed of themselves!
And you were doing What?

clearly you know NOTHING about people from the "north," and have probably never traveled beyond the mason-dixon line. maybe you are confusing people from the "north" with people from new york city. they may be a different breed altogether. i am born and bred in va and am married to a "northerner." folks up there are WAY nicer than those in the south. plus, the whole "redneck" element doesn't exist up there the way it does here. northerners actually GOT OVER the war and moved on after they kicked our ass. you should, too.

I have known Gary for 55 years as we grew up in Belmont together. He was a hard working man that loved his family and friends. He will be missed, but not forgotten. He was always a blast to be around.

I would like to thank the lady and other bystander that tried to free my younger brother from his work truck. He was headed home and had just stopped to see his son. I am so glad that at least someone tried to come to his aid. God Blses both of you. I am very very sad that he is no longer here with us but I know that he would nave stopped and helped anyone in that situation because that is the kind of person he was. A great brother that I will miss forever.
