Forty-year-old James Richard Eastwood from Harrisonburg is charged with impersonation of a law enforcement officer, breaking and entering, and trespassing.

If he was snooping around homes he was probably looking for a place to drain off some malt liquor. Check out his resumes in the Rockingham and Staunton general district court websites-----his crime of choice is public swearing and intoxication. Too bad one of the neighbors on a second floot didn't have a bucket of ice cold water to pour on him so as to help him with his "investigation" of a dark yard.
