IF the street car goes forward...the bottom line is that Every Duke customer OR every city tax payer OR both will foot the bill. There is absolutely NO other way since it is universally agreed that the street cars will NOT be self sustaining.
Why should anyone that will NOT utilize the streetcar OR have no choice but to be a customer of Duke, be forced to contribute to such a white 500 lb gorilla when subsidized Metro Tranportation already serves this route?

I should add that every city taxpayer & Every Duke customer will be paying the $100,000's to litigate this issue no matter how it turns out.
One can thank the so called Cincinnati government officials for that very expensive step no matter the outcome.
