Senate President Keith Faber, R-Celina, said the chamber plans to take action after the November election to deal with red-light and speed cameras, likely passing a bill that would require cities to post a police officer at each intersection where a camera is located.

Why post an officer at each camera when you can simply post an officer? There seems to be some sort of redundant action here that makes cameras moot.
