<quoted text>Yeah, and your "masters" ban alcohol, set speed limits, make it illegal to murder, rape, arson, set building codes, and every other municipal, vehicle, and criminal code. None of which you got to vote on. By your delusional definition, you've never had the Freedom to Choose. Quit being such a Drama Queen and act like an adult, already.

I can send you some great KY bourbon to go along with the cigars. Or would you prefer some great moon shine. Your choice.

Sorry I forgot, I need to check with your masters to see if they approve of giving you either one first.

No need. Unlike in Kentucky, I can buy bourbon anytime and anywhere I can please. "Masters", indeed.

If you insist on pretending that you don't vote for your representatives, you are free to make as big a fool of yourself as you please.

I again urge you to acquire a Jr. High Level understanding of Civics and Government. It's the least you can do since you're displaying a Jr. High level of Drama Queen pouting.

Wait. You don't have a popular vote on EVERY decision that comes down the pipe? You elect representatives to represent you? According to you, that means you've lost the freedom of choice by relinquishing it to your "masters".
Let me guess...Representative government means I'VE lost MY freedom of choice, but somehow under the same circumstances, you haven't.
No wonder you like the tea party, you possess the logic, reasoning, and education level they require. "Get your socialist government hands off my Medicare!"...The rallying cry of the idiot.

You lost an election and you're sad, so you throw a hissy fit and start wailing that you've 'lost your freedom' and the 'country is being destroyed.' For Christ's sake, you're a full grown man. Act like it.

Still waiting for you to back up your shit talk with fact. QUOTE me saying what you accuse me of.
Christ, Forrest, you're not a smart man.

Here's an example to your lack of comprehension, commenting & or answering things that have NOT been said. My 'next sentence' did NOT STATE that your judgements are invalid, or do you not know what ?? means at the end of a sentence? <<<< like now.
Your 'arguments' are breaking down or you wouldn't using 'colorful' language.

Do you not know everything you say is right there on the record in black and white? How can you possibly be THAT dim of a bulb?

AMAZING!!! YOUR own reply simply proves my EXACT point! YOU can NOT comprehend squat & YOU can NOT refrain from meaningless 'colorful' language which PROVES your limited intellect & comprehension. YOU are an amazing piece of work.
YOU are the one that picked on spelling, punctuation, construction of sentences etc & then become YOUR own best/worst example, in Black & White!
Still GLAD that I am NOT YOU! PUTZ ! I didn't 'threaten'to quit talking to you. I just said that I needed a break. Which I took.
Give it up oh witless one. Talk about 'dim bulbs', your light is out.
YOU are too witless to be embarrassed & that is extremely sad & obvious to all but you.

I hate to be the one to break it to both of you (and maybe you've already figured it out) but you two are in a relationship. This particular party has been over for a long time, but you two are still here. From your words one might think that you hate one another, but you both continue to come to this remote little corner of the internet to insult one another, and not by chance, but deliberately.

I'm no better --- I still come here and read your stuff!

And now for something completely different:

Yeah, the smoking ban party has been over for DECADES now. It does amuse me to see those who cling to their delusions, much like the 'south shall rise again' crowd. As long as he (or anyone else) wishes to make an ass of themselves, I'm happy to laugh at them.

Pity. Wonder at how someone can fail to comprehend their own statements. Amazement that someone can have such poor reading comprehension. Alas, no hate.

Liked your early post about the tea party. It boosted my ambition to help send more tea party candidates to Washington to end your agenda.

You occupiers destroy other people property, whine and cry about how your entitled to government benefits that you should not have to pay for. Not to mention blaming your failure on others.

Surprised that Holder even allowed this to happen.

By the way Forest was successful by working and archiving the American dream.

Also you should think a little more before slamming other people about their handicaps in life. Your just showing us reality of how other people do not matter to you (libs).

NYC bans sale of sugary drinks

(CNN)- Say good-bye to sugary soda in New York City.

New York City's Board of Health voted Thursday to ban the sale of sugary drinks.

The ban applies to containers larger than 16 ounces in restaurants and other venues.

The move is meant to combat obesity and encourage residents to live healthier lifestyles.

But it's expected to draw protest from the soda industry and those concerned about government involvement in their personal choices.

Critics, including McDonald's and Coca-Cola, have assailed the ban as "misguided" and "arbitrary."

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has billed it as both a health and fiscal initiative.

He says the city spends an estimated $4 billion a year on medical care for overweight people.

The ban does not apply to grocery stores.

Please explain to us how a smoking ban has robbed you of the ability to keep what you've worked for. I'll take your inability to answer as an admission that you're a fucking idiot.Kyboy wrote, "The freedom to use my personal property as I choose.

Given the fact that you can SMOKE ALL YOU PLEASE ON YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY and that smoking bans only apply to the PUBLIC PROPERTY OF BUSINESSES WHO HAVE BEEN GRANTED A LICENSE TO SERVE THE PUBLIC BY THE GOVERNMENT... Please enlighten us as to how a smoking ban limits you right to use your personal property as you choose.

It is a testimony to your ignorance to assume I support a ban from the Nowheresville city council on cupcakes? I don't. You'll notice that such bans get squashed because citizens who aren't pussies stand up and fight them instead of crying on the internet like little bitches. Bans that actually have the support of the people become a nationwide movement. Sorry that you're on the losing side of that one. Feel free to alarm us when there's a state/nationwide ban on cupcakes or soda......dipshit.

This is where you assert your 'slippery-slope" logical fallacy trope as if it appeals to any but the weakest of minds:
Looks like the the slippery slope just took another slippery step.
