the story in the news paper could not be farther from the truth blanchester police attempted to illegally enter a home and were caught in the act then lied to the person they were looking. as to where there false information was gathered from. made an unnessary arested waste courts time and money as the so called defendant was held and hospitalized on the village dollar only to have charges dismissed due to lack of the blanchester police to verify there unrelable source in officer danny woods there is in fact no extrition in the matter and the person arreested was attempting to repoert the abuse of a nine year old child to wit danny woods said he could not help they should contact some one else is it not every law enforcement officers job to protect children or does blanchester and clinton county not need laws just do what they want

The paper gets stuff wrong all the time, they want to sell papers they dont care if its exactly the truth. The cops are allowed to come into anyones house without a search warrant if they have tips or think there is a person in there with an arrest warrant or if anyone needs medical attention, if the cops found drugs or anything else in the home that might be something to fight about but it is legal as long as they think the persons in there. As for the abuse of the child its not the cops job specifically, the cops would need to be called and they would call children services. Its children services job to protect the child the cops should assist them though

If someone has called for help They can open the door and then they have to identify themselves before coming accross the entrance, if no one answers they can come in if they think somethings wrong, if they have a warrant they can bust in your door without anything prior.Ive actually had a lawyer tell me that the cops arent taught the laws exactly, they are law enforcement not the law, its the judges decision if the law is broken or not. The only thing u can do is get a good lawyer and fight it.
