We don't need 'equal pay' for everyone since there is a difference in skills, number of positions, value/effect of different positions etc BUT these people have forgotten that they work for US! WE are the employer. They should have NEVER gotten the power to vote their own pay & benefits.
Any suggestions as to what to do about it?

Yes, I do! But, we can't vote them all out! We can't because the system, is designed to prevent it! Everyone either, don't see this, or they are " thick"! When you don't make the rules, you can't change them, unfortunately ! You?

Of course we can't vote all of them out since we can only vote in our own districts/counties/states depending on the 'elected officials' position.
BUT, what we can do with minimal monetary cost is to campaign for the 'newby' IF we agree with them. Put up yard signs, door knock, spread the word when they are having Town Hall meetings in our area, stand on street corners with their campaign signs while being prepared to pass out proper handbills, Get involved with something in addition to a blog site. Write/E-mail your Rep telling them what you want & expect or writing/calling/E-mailing the candidate of your choice with the same message.
In other words, speak & act out where it can make a difference.

I was considering letting you help me with this project, but in checking , you are too busy, 24 -7 , on all Topix sites ! So I will do it alone!
