A carriage driver with Elegant Carriage of Cincinnati is recovering Thursday night after her carriage was hit from behind on the Taylor Southgate Bridge during evening rush hour.

Traffic laws very clearly state that a driver MUST leave a safe distance between them selves & the vehicle in front of them. Carriages & bicycles ARE vehicles.
Even if someone has no brake lights, the following vehicle is at fault in an accident,
